Steps for Emission Log, drafts

  1. Press the menu to the Emission Log.

  2. Check the item name before filling in the information.

  3. Press the icon to enter the add data page.

  1. Enter quantity

  2. Check date month/year

  3. Attach files (if any)

  4. Description (if any)

  5. Press the Save Draft button

  • When the draft is successfully saved, the information will be displayed on the history page, with the status as draft.

Steps for editing draft record data

  1. Check the name of the Emission Log item

  2. Check date month/year

  3. Check status be Draft only.

  4. Click the icon in the manage box

  1. Edit information

  2. Attach files (if any)

  3. Press the Save Draft button

  • When the draft is successfully saved, the edited information will be displayed in the history page, with the status as Draft.

Steps Procedure for approval request from the draft record

  1. Check the name of the Emission Log item

  2. Check date month/year

  3. Check status must be Draft only.

  4. Click the icon

  1. Check quantity

  2. Check date month/year

  3. Check the attached evidence files (if any)

  4. Check the description (if any)

  5. Press the Send approval request button.

  • When the approval request is submitted, the information will be displayed on the history page and the status will be displayed as Pending.

  • When the status is Waiting for approvalThe information cannot be edited as it has already been submitted for approval.
