Verifying information

1. Show the year of data Verifying information

2. Displays the status of the company and the auditor

3. Show the start and end dates of data review.

4. Show auditor information

5. You can click on the card to view the Verifying information.

Create a data review

1. Press the menu to Verifying information.

2. Press the Add auditing process button

Fill in the information completely.

1. Enter the name of the standard you want to audit

2. Select environmental standards

3. Select the organization you want to review

4. Select a coordinator

5. Select base year data

6. Select the follow-up period

7. Add access rights

8. Level of certification

9. Level of significance

10. Note (if any)

When the audit is saved, it will be displayed on the audit page. You can click to view the audit information.

When you click on the audit, it will show the fiscal year and company information that is being audited.

General information of the organization tab

Displays general information about the organization

1. Show scope

2. All activities of the organization

3. Data quality management

4. Carbon sequestration/carbon reduction

5. Calibration record

Required information tab of the report

1. Fill in the introduction to display the information in the Report

2. Fill in additional details of the organization scope (if any) to display the information in the Report

Measure list tab

1. The Measure list page shows all the company's activity data sorted by scope.

2. You can click on an item to see more information about that item.

1. When you click on an item, it shows all the data for each month and shows the changes between last year and the current year.

2. You can view additional attachments.

Emission Factor tab

1. The Greenhouse Gas Emissions page shows all company data sorted by scope.

2. You can press the arrow keys to view the total GHG values (tCo2eq).

1. When you press the arrow buttons, the total GHG value (tCo2eq) of that item will be displayed.

Significance tan

1. The significance page will only show the significance level of scope 1-2.

2. In the scope 3 section, it shows the listed emissions sources. In the case of listed emissions, the company must enter a score on the level of incentive, opportunity or risk to assess the risk.

Measurement uncertainty tab

1. The uncertainty assessment page shows points based on the assessment criteria for items in that scope.

1. When a report is received from the auditor, the report can be edited, then the edit status can be updated and clarifications added.
