Duties details

Super Admin

Can access Add/Edit/Delete Organization Overview Page, Usage Settings, Measurement Entry Page, Item Approval Page, Mapping EF Page, Custom

EF Page.

Admin

Can access Add/Edit/Delete Organization Overview Page, Usage Settings, Measurement Entry Page, Item Approval Page, Mapping EF Page, Custom

EF Page.

Approver

You can access the approval page of the items, you can approve the items for the Importer and you can request to edit the items.

Importer

Able to access and fill in measurement items. Item approval can send an approval request and can edit the information in case the approval is not passed.

The system provides setting options for users to define roles and responsibilities for each type of user.

Steps Addition Role

  1. Press the settings menu

  2. Press the User management menu button.

  3. Press the Roles and Permissions tab.

  4. Press the add role button

  1. Enter role name

  2. Select access permissions for that role.

  3. Press the save button

Steps Editing roles and permissions

  1. Press the Roles and Permissions tab.

  2. Press the icon

  1. Edit information

  2. Press the save button

  1. Press the Roles and Permissions tab.

  2. Press the icon

  1. Press the Confirm button

Steps for adding members to a role

  1. Press the Roles and Permissions tab.

  2. Press the icon

  1. Press the button to select the member you want to use that role for.

  2. Displaying member names in a role A member must not have a role for the member name to be displayed for selection to add a member to that role.

  3. Press the save button
